Labotect Incubators
For assisted reproduction, Oocytes and Embryos have to be incubated in a buffer medium, for which several types of Labotect Incubators are available. In all these Incubators, maintenance of constant pH is extremely important which requires an air composition with constant CO2 content. Temperature has to be maintained at 37oC and humidity has to be at least 98%. Oocytes and Embryos are very sensitive against all changes of the parameters of temperature, humidity and CO2. The cells have to be kept in a constant atmosphere during incubation, investigation and manipulation.
The Incubators of Labotect share important features for the most careful treatment of cells and organisms as well as for the most convenient handling. The interior consists solely of electro polished stainless steel with coved corners. All surfaces and transitions are constructed seamlessly for the purpose of easy cleaning to minimise the risk of contamination. In addition, shelves and ductwork are removable.
Menu guided operation by large, back-lit LCD and the foil keyboard enables easy handling for the user.

 

CO2 Incubator C16

The Incubator C16 is designed to provide the environmental conditions to cultivate mammalian cells and tissues and other cell types.
The Incubator C16 creates, in its inner chamber, a tightly controlled atmosphere with regard to the key parameters temperature, CO2 and relative humidity. Its highly stable temperature levels and gas concenteration make it ideally suited for cultivating biological samples in research and medical applications.

CO2 Incubator C-200

The Incubator C-200 produces a defined atmosphere in its interior with regard to the parameters of temperature, relative humidity, CO2 and optional O2 content. Due to the stability of temperature and gas concentrations, as well as, active humidification, it is suitable for the cultivation of biological samples in research and medicine.
